FAQS

1. Payments Mode

  • We accept VISA/MASTER/AMEX via our online purchases (Paypal/Stripe)
  • We accept PayNow/Paylah/Grab Pay/Fave Pay via our in store purchases
  • We  accept bank transfer  (prior approval)to our OCBC current account No.: 695 112 904 001 do kindly email us info@bloominggarden.sg or WhatsApp (+65 8887 0084) a screenshot after you have done the transfer.

2. Ordering Policy

  • All orders made will be available for Next- Working Day delivery any time of the day between (11am – 6pm), unless stated the delivery date and time.
  • For same-day delivery, the orders cut off time is at 11am of the day, and the delivery will be made within the day and also subjected to availability. We will try our utmost best to fulfill the delivery.

3. Delivery Policy

  • All deliveries are FREE to Island-wide* (Sentosa, Jurong Island, there will be surcharge of $7.50)
  • In the event of unsuccessful delivery (recipient not available/uncontactable, change of location upon arrival, Building Management/Security not allow driver for delivery or accept on behalf of recipient), there will be a re-delivery charge of $10.00. This will be communicated with the Buyer. Re-delivery timing will be subjected to Driver’s scheduling.
  • Contact us at info@bloominggarden.sg or call us at 6741 9339 / 8887 0084 if there is a change of delivery address after the order is being made. 
  • Please PROVIDE recipient’s contact number as we may need to contact recipient for delivery to prevent any unsuccessful delivery.

Any Time of the Day: 11am – 6pm
Morning: 11am – 2pm
Afternoon: 2pm – 6pm
 
Saturday:
Morning: 11am – 2pm
 
Sunday/Public Holiday: OFF (unless URGENT Request)


Self-Collection
Customers may choose for self-collection. Collection location is at our store:
1 Kaki Bukit Road 1, #02-46, Enterprise One, Singapore 415934

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund will be made through the secure payment provider (Paypal/Stripe) which ever was used for payment
  • Contact us at info@bloominggarden.sg or call us at 6741 9339 / 8887 0084 together with your order number if you wish to have Refund
  • Refund will be reflected to your next bank statement or refund receipt will be emailed out
  • For PayNow/PayLah/Grab Pay/Fave PayBank Transfer transactions, do contact us info@bloominggarden.sg or call us at 6741 9339 / 8887 0084
  • There will be a 10% or $20 admin fee (whichever is higher) will be charged to cover the refunding costs.
  • If the refund is requested after the order completed/delivered, an investigation of the request will be made to justify on the refund
  • Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at Blooming Garden Pte Ltd own discretion. Blooming Garden Pte Ltd reserves full rights to decline a refund request.
 
  • 100% Refund if the cancellation is made 3 days in advance (with reference of delivery date)
  • 50% Refund if the cancellation is made 2 days in advance (with reference of delivery date) or the refund made after order completed and investigation made to justify the refund

5. Flower Availability

  • As all flowers are seasonal, we will replace with others of the same value should the flowers/fillers/foliage is unavailable.
  • We will do as close to the order given or even better.
  • With regards to the sizes/colours/shapes of the flowers, it may differ in terms of colours/sizes/shapes from the product photos as flowers are a nature product..
  • We will do our utmost to craft out beautiful bouquets for our customers at all times.
